  7.  
  8. Ordinary DOS and Windows file deletes are NOT secure. The file is
  9. merely marked as deleted but the data in the file is still sitting
  10. on the disk. Any undelete program or disk scan program can access the
  11. data on the disk.  It remains that way until another file happens to
  12. overwrite the disk area.
  13.  
  14. Garbage Can will take care of the security problem that occurs with
  15. an ordinary file delete. We GUARANTEE the deleted file can NOT be
  16. recovered.

  25. It allows you to 'Drag And Drop' files from the Windows File Manager
  26. program on to the minimized icon.  Any file dragged on to
  27. the icon will then be processed according to the way you have the
  28. program options set.

  57.   (1) Add listbox to main screen.  This allows a list of deleted 
  58.   files to be displayed.  This list is NOT saved and is destroyed
  59.   when you exit the program.  (2) Move security level notification
  60.   from main screen to status window.  (3) Add Directory Delete
  61.   menu explaination.  (4) Add option that keeps Garbage Can the
  62.   top most program.  In other words, other programs will not be
  63.   displayed over the top of Garbage Can.

  66.   (1) Display security level on main screen.  (2) Change way
  67.   internal security flag is stored/retrieved in memory.
  68.   (3) I goofed.  The 60 day trial period mentioned in the
  69.   November 1996 version was not removed.  This version REALLY

  73.   (1) Remove Shift Key option.  This option could cause a file
  74.   to be accidently deleted at a lower level of security than
  75.   the user desired.  (2) Add registration program that allows
  76.   registering via the Internet by using Visa, Master Card,
  77.   American Express, or First Virtual accounts.  (3) Earlier versions
  78.   would quit working after 60 days trial period.  This version
  79.   removed that feature. It now merely displays a reminder to
  80.   register.  (4) If user was dragging files from the Explorer
  81.   program, Garbage Can informational message dialogs might appear
  82.   on the taskbar instead of the desktop.  This was because Garbage
  83.   Can was not the top most program.  This problem was fixed by
  84.   forcing Garbage Can to the top, if a message box is displayed.

  88.   WWW and FTP address were changed.  Update documentation and
